Laser Leather Trimming Line
This laser replaces the manual defect trimming operation, reducing waste and ensuring long-term reliability.
It uses modules such as a de-palletiser for automatic leather pickup, a conveyor with a stretching belt, a laser chamber for vision and defect recognition as well as an automatic palletiser for trimmed skins.
Automatic cutting machine
The leather cutting system uses mobile portals to reduce surface waste and maximise leather use.
The system uses self-learning networks to improve its own algorithms, processing specific areas of leather by calculating optimal cutting placements.
Wet sorting machine
Our wet sorting machine selects leather with higher accuracy and reliability.

Automatic sorting machine
This system employs 23 high-performance optical sensors to automatically detect defects in finished leather.

Automatic loading robot
Our loading system picks up hides from trestles, flatbeds or chains, enhancing production lines.
As the world’s first multi-patented leather loading system, the singulariser is equipped with 14 suction cups that ‘hook’ the hide and allow it to be picked up by the end-effector.
Chemical dosing machine
This machine enhances leather fibres to increase softness, flexibility and suppleness.
Using automated systems for precise chemical mixing and temperature control, dyeing is conducted in rotating wooden drums, immersing hides in pigment solutions.
