During his tenure as CEO, Luca has transformed Pasubio from an owner-operated business into a leading supplier for the luxury, premium and super-premium segments of the automotive sector.

In 1996, he joined Conceria Pasubio SpA as a Key Account Manager. Since then he has held roles as Commercial Director and General Manager, before becoming CEO in 2009 and leading the company from approximately €90 million in revenue to €280 million in 2017.

He managed the sale of Pasubio to CVC in 2017, as well as their exit and the entry of PAI Partners in 2021, serving as CEO throughout.
As CEO, he has opened the company to change, standardisation and knowledge from outside the tanning sector, embracing new management techniques and processes.
