Group Chief Executive Officer

During his tenure as CEO, Luca has transformed Pasubio from an owner-operated business into a leading supplier for the luxury, premium and super-premium segments of the automotive sector.

In 1996, he joined Conceria Pasubio SpA as a Key Account Manager. Since then he has held roles as Commercial Director and General Manager, before becoming CEO in 2009 and leading the company from approximately €90 million in revenue to €280 million in 2017.

He managed the sale of Pasubio to CVC in 2017, as well as their exit and the entry of PAI Partners in 2021, serving as CEO throughout.
As CEO, he has opened the company to change, standardisation and knowledge from outside the tanning sector, embracing new management techniques and processes.

Group Chief Sales Officer

In 2023, Marco joined Pasubio’s Leadership Team as Group Chief Sales Officer, reporting directly to the CEO.

A senior executive with twenty years’ experience in managing positions across the automotive sector and multinational companies, Marco joined from Pirelli where he was CEO for the NAFTA region. Marco has also held management positions in the General Electric Group, including as Managing Director of General Electric – Plastics Italy and Director of the NE Gulf Area in the Oil & Gas business.

Throughout complex international negotiations, regulations, acquisitions, mergers, integrations and divestitures, he has driven transformative cultural change and company development in highly competitive markets.

Filocamo

Group Chief Financial Officer

Cristian joined Pasubio’s Leadership Team in August 2022 as Group Chief Financial Officer, reporting directly to the CEO.

Cristian’s most recent role was as CFO of Mutti SpA, a company backed by Verlinvest SA. He has more than 20 years of experience in administration and control, as well as managing and supporting business transformation across multiple industries.

Drawing on his expertise in finance, M&A and capital markets, he supports the international expansion of the Group.

Gelsomini

Group Chief Operating Officer

Stefano joined Pasubio’s Leadership Team in April 2018 as Group Chief Operating Officer, reporting directly to the CEO.

Stefano has extensive experience in operations from large multinational companies.

At Pasubio, he is driving greater efficiency for the operations, quality and research and development teams by following a robust plan for operational improvement.
